Tempur-Pedic beds
Found a good price on one. But are they worth it? Who owns one?
Does it sleep hot at all. That is really the biggest issue for me. |
Depends how much you heat it up before sleepy-time.

HAHA.
Also, how does it compare to sleep number beds? I am noticing that the sleep number bed is actually more affordable. |
Memory foam owns.
I dont have a Tempur but I have a 4" MF pad on my mattress. It doesnt retain any heat. |
We have an extra firm, super-king Tempur-Pedic and it's extremely comfortable! The generated heat can be annoying at first, but it's not too bad once you get accustomed to sleeping "warm". It's great in the Winter though, (when you're freezing your ass off).
I never flip ours either, I just rotate it every 6 months to distribute wear. Which isn't a problem either. We've owned it for a couple of years now and it still looks brand new. |

Really though, I think the major drawback for you is going to be that it costs money.
