Can someone tell me why the Chiefs didn't put a tag on Carr like Pittsburg has on their receiver so they could have at least got some compensation?:shake::shake:

1. Teams only get one franchise tag per year. We used it on Bowe.
2. Wallace wasn't franchised - he's a restricted free agent. Carr is unrestricted. He was restricted last year.
