Tyus Edney or Norfolk St.
Which loss hurt more? The shitting the bed of this year's tournament, or the way MU loss in the final seconds against UCLA in 1994?

Aren't you an MU football fan?

Hurt more?
I guess the laughter at the loss to Norfolk St. hurt my ribs more than the loss to UCLA. I seriously laughed my ass off, and I have no college team in any sport that I root for. |
Tyus Edney hurt worse because I was young and naive. Norfolk St is worse because we had a good chance this year.

The confetti.

I'll say this....everytime I see Miles Simon calling a game I wanna punch my TV.

Edney
Tyus Edney. I was there.

C'mon. As a KU fan I know what this feels like. Take a higher road.

Norfolk St. and its not even close. This Missouri team had some serious talent. They shit the bed.

However...UCLA is not Norfolk St. But losing at the last second on a full court layup is a tough way to lose. Don't know which I'd choose. As far as KU goes, that 97 team losing to AZ sucked more than anything. That was one of the best college bball teams of all time. |
"or the way MU loss in the final seconds..."
Reading this was more painful than either. |

Homo Chief, you are an asshole.

Edney and it's not close.
With Edney I thought Mizzou was capable of miracles. I'm 30 years old now and have seen enough Mizzou basketball to know better. This team will never win anything - ever. The shot went off the rim, I shrugged my shoulders knowing full well that this was going to happen sooner or later, grabbed the keys to the hot-rod and went out for a 30 oz bone-in ribeye at CC's City Broiler in Columbia (they fly in Allen Brothers steaks; spectacular). It just ran off my back. It was what it was and that's all there is to it. I'm really shocked by how easy it was to take that hit and walk away from it. |
