Need local knowledge for a friend
 

I have a friend (Packer fan) who asked me to recommend a place for his daughter to run, when she visits KC next month. I guess she is an avid runner and will be staying at the Sheraton Hotel @ Crown Center.

I don't even know enough about running to ask her the right questions, nor am I familiar with the surroundings in the area of that hotel.

Your help is appreciated, and no I don't have pictures of his daughter. :D

She can run to my house. I will PM you my address.

Well, we can't possibly help, then. We'd need detailed naked pics of her to assess her physiology and determine which running paths/areas would be best suited for her. Please e-mail her and ask for some. Even better if we had some videos of her naked, perhaps doing stretching routines so we could better assess her musculature.

People run around crown center all the time.

There are some great running trails in southern KC both sides of the state line if she has a car to drive.

I-70 is scenic....

She's probably not young enough for a lot of guys on CP. 16 seems to be the preference.

loose park is your winner. Lots of runners using the park. Some very beautiful scenery to run through and around.
