Is Romeo sucking for a top draft pick?

Evidence:

-Does the same shitty read-and-react defense to open games when he KNOWS that shit does not work

-Is sticking by Matt Cassel

-Constantly makes questionable decisions in gameday coaching (ironically, he's better at this than Haley, though)

-Doesn't seem concerned at all about his team or his job

I don't think he's going FULL reerun just yet. He's just doing enough to put us way behind early in games, hoping that we'll do enough imploding in the second halves to rack of losses while still feeling good about putting up a fight. I also think he didn't fully understand just how terrible New Orleans is.

Who knows. This guy might actually be a kind of Dark Knight (racism not intended). Voluntarily shoulders the blame and takes the fall for the good of the franchise.

that would be the only way I could continue to respect him

Hope so, but then again, Pioli would fire him for all the losses, as he needs a scapegoat!

Yep

DaneMcCloud 09-30-2012 03:56 PM

No, his track record speaks otherwise.

He's a bad head coach, period.

Might be the way they have already planned it out. Romeo will still get his money

That's what I thought when Palko kept getting ran out there last year...

Yet, here we are.

chiefs1111 09-30-2012 03:57 PM

No,Romeo just sucks

Chiefs Pantalones 09-30-2012 03:57 PM

No, he's not that smart. He's a failure of a head coach for a reason.

KcMizzou 09-30-2012 04:00 PM

More of that "He want's to lose" bullshit. I got enough of that from a UCF fan yesterday.

splatbass 09-30-2012 04:02 PM

No professional coach would lose on purpose. Just because a bunch of fans on a forum want it that doesn't mean it is something that would ever be done in real life. Some of you are living in fantasy land.

He wanted UCF to lose?
He does realize that college teams don't have a draft correct?
