Honest question: Why don't we just go to a 4-3 defense?
 

We have tried for the last 10 years to draft a 3-4 DE to no avail. Crennel needs to form his scheme to the players he has available, not the other way around.

Probably because 3-4 is all Romeo knows how to do.

Im sure there are situations where we are 4-3 though at times.

Use the goddamn search function.

Because Pioli is a tool.

I'm fine with the scheme.

Our D has had many moments of being pretty terrific in the second halves of games.

How long it takes us to adjust and the fact that we get off to such bad starts indicates to me that Romeo isn't able to put the time into game planning as he should. Which is what everyone pretty much already knew. That, and Romeo is coaching these guys soft.

Oh, and Houston could be totes screwed in a 4-3. (He'd have to put on a lot of weight, for sure.)

Why the hell cant we just play the entire game aggressively. Just attack and go down swinging. We did some at he N.O. game and some against the chargers today . It puts Houston,Hali and DJ in beast mode!

Because our defensive coordinator is spending the entire week figuring out how to be a shitty head coach.

Nothing at all wrong with a 3-4.....How bout the offense stops turning the ball over in thier own territory 3 times a game?
