Throwing people out of the game with fire pioli signs?
No link, I just saw it on Facebook!! Posted by a friend at the game.

Doubt this.

Yeah, it's been mentioned in a handful of the mega threads. It'll be interesting to see if there's any backlash because of that.
I'll mention, though, that I'm pretty skeptical that they actually threw people out for it. Probably just confiscated the signs under THREAT of being thrown out. |
Sam Mellinger wants anyone who was thrown out or confiscated to contact him.

Should throw Pioli from the Fire Scott Pioli - SAVEOURCHIEFS plane only without a parachute.

People need to ditch the whole "freedom of speech" thing. This isn't the government attempting to silence your voice...

Not sure if a sign is even necessary at this point. The scoreboard in Arrowhead is a running Fire Scott Pioli sign all by itself...

Chiefs fans being kicked out of Arrowhead for 'Fire Scott Pioli' signs http://cdn3.sbnation.com/uploads/cho...dard_500.0.jpg I guess fans in Kansas City aren't appreciative of the team working so hard to get the first overall pick. "Please do not give my compliments to the Chefs," say Kansas City fans. "Take your business elsewhere," replies Scott Pioli. Any sign calling for the firing of the Chiefs general manager is being confiscated, or the fan risks being kicked out of the stadium for the day. A representative of "Save Our Chiefs" was temporarily detained by Arrowhead Stadium security and was told to stop passing out fliers or he would have to leave. There was a well-coordinated "blackout" by fans in protest of the Chiefs' awful performance this season and it would have looked great if the stands were at least 50% full. Maybe we can assume that the stands are so empty because there are just that many people that want to express their feelings about Pioli and maybe there's just not much to see today with the 1-8 Chiefs hosting the 4-5 Bengals. What we know for sure is that the fans feel that their first amendment rights have been violated (they likely haven't) and that the Chiefs have not exercised their right to bear an arm at quarterback in a very long time. http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2012/11/...ium-kicked-out |
It just shows what an insecure, pussy Pioli really is. I bet if someone had a "Pioli is Great!" sign it would be allowed
