I know that I'm opening myself up for some "friendly fire" by posting this here but here goes...
My 16 year old son and his friend want to go to Arrowhead this weekend for the Broncos game. We're all Chiefs fans (myself since 1969) and are hoping for major changes soon. We live in Northeast Mississippi (550 miles away form KC) and try to make it each year for at least one game. Finances were keeping us from making it this year but we've come up with enough for gas, food, and hotel.
Here's where I'm asking for help. Could you guys help me hook up with a disgusted fan who would be willing to sell me 3 tickets for a decent price?
I'd like to pay around $100 total if possible. I know Craigslist and Stubhub have tickets but I thought I'd ask here first in case someone would like to sell theirs.
I'd just as soon stay home but my son really wants to go to at least one game this year and this is our best time to come. Any help you guys can offer is greatly appreciated.

You need to look harder. People got them for like $6 last week.

He isn't going to sell the 30,000 extra seats that were missing Sunday. Tickets aren't going to vanish. I suggest you wait until Thursday or so to buy. Hell, wait until Saturday night. It's not really that much of a gamble. Tickets will be available all week up to and including game day. You have all the leverage. You are one of the few trying to pay to see this team.

I mean you did travel and pay for a hotel so there is some risk on your end but I would be shocked if you don't wait it out and find a great deal. I think absolute worst case you are paying $75 total for 3 seats(assuming you aren't picky).

I have 3 extra tickets I'm trying to get rid of. They are extras that we bought from the chiefs (we have season tickets and sold those already), none of us are going. I can't say for sure where they are because they are in my brother's possesion, but approximately 20 yard line upper deck row 10. If you are interested send me a pm with your email, i'd like to get 20 a piece.

I almost got on here Saturday night to offer my 4 seats to the first person who wanted them, as long as they wore black. I decided them sitting empty was equally effective at voicing my displeasure.

You should have. I could have scored you enough money for a 30-pack.

I now have my tickets. All my Chiefs gear is red. I have a plain black hoodie but I'd like to purchase a black baseball cap with the KC arrowhead logo. I won't get into KC until around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Any suggestions where to get one?
Also, how far is the church parking lot with $15 parking from the stadium? Should I park there or try to buy a parking pass on Craigslist?
