He's been Green Bay's Director of College Scouting since 2000.

Hugh beat me to it. I'd prefer him to Heckert since in the new structure the GM will be focused on the draft.

Dorsey and Reid are close. Teams have been making a run at Dorsey the last couple of years. He wouldn't even listen or interview no matter the money.

Looks like he has decided to move on.
