Sweet shot at pep rally
 

So our basketball team is headed to the State Championship game. At the pep rally today, they did a bit where they all ran out, pretending they couldn't play basketball, making bad shots and missing intentionally.

So this kid goes to make his shot and...

The best part is that first of all, the player who went before him tossed the ball backwards, and it rolls all the way across the court and smacks the shooter in the face when he's down on the ground. I knew the player who rolled that ball, so I was cracking up watching them crack up about smacking the shooter in the face with it. Then he gets up, runs to halfcourt, turns around backwards, and launches a freaking line drive that swishes.

Ridiculous.

So it wasnt't a prize winning shot?

It's also hilarious the line from "All I Do is Win" that's playing as he makes the shot.

No. No prize. It was just a goofy skit they were doing to act like they couldn't play ball as part of the pep rally. Then they were going to the middle to "transform" into ball players. Only during the goofy part, he tosses up a behind the back swish from halfcourt.

That looks like it would have been a lot of fun to witness. On video, this one from Sunday will be my top OMG video for a while.
