Photo geeks - anyone ever use a light tent?

I'm building one, need tips. I know I can Google, and I have. Just wondering if anyone has some firsthand experience or tips to share.

What did you name the bakery?

(Sorry, this has nothing to do with light tents, but my memory kicked in.)

I use 3 lights, Right Left and side no shadows at all.

Dragging Her Heels would be a good name for a bakery that sells french toast.

Without any shadow, there's no depth.

It's been a while, but mine was a pretty small box with 3 soft lights, all of which were set to put most of the shadows behind the product. I was shooting the same shaped small product over and over again though so it was a set it and forget it deal.
