What do you realistically want for Christmas?
 

What's on your wish list this year, and not a Ferrari or some other unrealistic item you know you aren't going to get.

Here's mine:

Probably some new pans. Maybe some shoes. I don't really need anything though. The wife started working out again and her body is smokin. That's the best Christmas any husband could ever get.

I don't know. It's not like I can't just go out and get what I want.

Exactly. If I want something, I go buy it. Christmas comes year around for me.

Bingo, which is why I tell my wife if she has to buy something, make it a gift certificate to a sporting goods store. At least at some point I will need some ammo or something.

its been about 12 years since I picked up a guitar, but I kind of want to jump back in and learn some at my own pace. Then maybe I can go down to any music store USA and see little kids rippin up van halen etc.

True, but i still like the element of surprise and the inevitable let down.

Like i tell my wife, i don't know what i want but if it has something to do with my car, computer, or needs to be plugged in or take batteries, then you probably picked a good gift.
