[MOD REQUEST] re: css aesthetics
 

Hey Mods,

I was noticing during the Frazod thread, that I was ****ing scrolling... A LOT. I don't have the signatures turned on... I do have avatars turned on.

I notice that there is a lot of white space under the UserName and Caption.

Then you have a 150x150 avatar.... followed about huge gap of white space... followed by Join Date, Location & Casino Cash.

Then more white space...

Then Posts and the Rep bar...

I propose taken that white space down 33%-50% in some cases, that padding and/or margin is too much in the CSS.

It's making the pages take forever to scroll. I've been here at CP for over 10 years... you know many extra scrolling motions that we've been forced to make due to this less-than-optimal design?

I have scrolled an extra 11.3 miles so far, due to all of this extra white space. I demand a refund. :p

Not really control panel configurable to what I can tell.

No, I demand more white space. I love to scroll and I'm going to bitch forever if you change it in any other way.

Just hit the pgup or pgdn buttons. More efficient that way without having to use your mouse.

Another reason I like "at work" mode. No avatars and no sigs. But you're right about the white space. There's actually some extra in the view without avatars as well in the same spot.

Yeah, this would be way more trouble than it's worth.
