Online Mock Draft
Credit to BlackBob *shudder*
http://fanspeak.com/ontheclock/ Have fun and post your mock drafts. *Not sure that it takes into consideration the needs of every team. Sammy Watkins lasted till the 15th pick. FYI - The picks aren't all updated. We still have our 7th and don't have the Cowboys 6th rounder. |

It's pretty neat. Here's what I got earlier.
23 ILB C.J. MOSLEY ALABAMA 87 S CALVIN PRYOR LOUISVILLE 120 QB AARON MURRAY GEORGIA 151 S NICKOE WHITLEY MISSISSIPPI STATE 184 CB ROSS COCKRELL DUKE 215 WR CHRIS BOYD VANDERBILT |
1. Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix, S; Alabama
3. Donte Moncrief, WR; Ole Miss 4. Taylor Hart, DE/DT; Oregon 5. Andre Hal, CB; Vanderbilt 6. Marcel Jensen, TE; Fresno State 7. Jon Halapio, OG; Florida |
1. 23. Marqise Lee, WR, USC. Here is the big play WR that's been missing from this offense. I don't think he'll actually fall this far in the real draft but one can wish.
3. Jackson Jeffcoat, DE/OLB, Texas. May be the heir to Tamba Hali if he can learn to keep fighting through blocks from Tamba Hali, ala Houston. I think he has more natural ability than Hali does. 4. C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE, Iowa. Huge TE at 6'6"-6'7" and 265 lbs. He has soft hands and is a tremendous target in the red zone. Has enough speed to go up the seam ala Gronk. Punishing blocker who is as good at blocking as I've seen from the TE position coming out of college. Easily replace Mcgrath and it is not farfetched to think that he might eventually push Fasano off of the roster. 5. Mike Davis, WR, Texas. He'll add solid depth and was also the BPA, IMO. 6. Victor Hampton, CB, South Carolina. Solid corner who is a little undersized but plays big. Very fluid athlete and a natural in man coverage. Doubt he makes it this far down, but would be a good guy to bring in and provide depth/ possibly man the slot. 7. Jon Halapio, OG, Florida. Comes in to compete for a spot in the interior of the line. |
23 - WR ODELL BECKHAM JR. LSU
87 - S DEONE BUCANNON WASHINGTON STATE 120 - OT JAMES HURST UNC 151 - CB KEITH MCGILL UTAH 184 - RB SILAS REDD USC 215 - TE CHRIS COYLE ARIZONA STATE My 1st round had everyone gone besides Beckham, ASJ, Carr, and Manziel (I so wanted to pick one of those QBs). I ended up going with Beckham because I'd ideally like the Chiefs to dump Avery, pick up a true #2, and just go with Jenkins as #3/4. |
23 - S HA’SEAN CLINTON-DIX
ALABAMA 87 - WR DONTE MONCRIEF MISSISSIPPI 120 - DE DEMARCUS LAWRENCE BOISE STATE 151 - RB DE’ANTHONY THOMAS OREGON 177 - TE JOE DON DUNCAN DIXIE STATE 184 - C RUSSELL BODINE NORTH CAROLINA I didn't run through 7 rounds since the Chiefs don't have a 7th. I also looked at who was available when the Cowboys picked at 177 (the Chiefs pick) and the DIV II TE is kind of intriguing. I feel kind of ill picking a Duck but Thomas was too much value in the 5th round. |
23 - S HA’SEAN CLINTON-DIX ALABAMA
87 - CB E.J. GAINES MISSOURI 120 - OT SEANTREL HENDERSON MIAMI 151 - CB CHRIS DAVIS AUBURN 184 - WR L’DAMIAN WASHINGTON MISSOURI 215 - TE CHRIS COYLE ARIZONA STATE |
When I ran through it, it had Bortles at #1 and Bridgewater at #7. Is Bortles really that high? I don't know a lot about him, though he looked decent in the bowl game.
