Did that cover it?

No. The quy who wrote it is a former scout. This is about terminology and what scouts are looking for, at a Football 101 level. The Patriots stuff is mostly just at the end of the sections, and can be skipped over. If it was just Patriots-specific, I wouldn't have bothered posting it.
