Anyone Know Why Seattle vs Carolina Was Practically a Nationwide Game on CBS Today?
http://506sports.com/nfl.php?yr=2014&wk=8
My buddies were saying it was on CBS, and how much they all hated Dan Fouts ( ROFL ) on the coverage. Both teams are NFC, what the **** was that shit? I remember a couple of weeks ago down here they advertised Buffalo and New England as being on Fox, but it wasn't so I assumed it was a typo. Did something happen in the TV contracts that I'm just oblivious too? Kind of weird... |
I think they played in London? Did they not?

They had an AFC game on fox last week too.

I remember people talking on here a few weeks ago about this, I think FOX and CBS have some deal to switch a few games every year. There was a game between two AFC teams a week or two ago that was on FOX.

giants & niners on bye , no other NFC game worthy in the morning slot?
just a guess..no clue honestly |
I'd have to dig up the article... but they're cross flexing games across networks starting this year. I think there's a limit to how many they can do, but the idea is getting good games on TV regardless of network.
