Idzik/Ryan will likely not cost any draft picks. They could bring in Sanchez and Geno. They will at least TRY to find a R1QBOTF.

The stadium full of BBQ smoke and true-fans will be replaced with a stadium full of knowledgeable real fans. The real fans within ear-shot of Rex can help him with play calls and game management.
