I did the 14 day prilosec route. I felt wonderful..

Until three days after my last dose. Then it came back worse.

I used to take them then I found eating something with vinegar did the same thing. Oh and limiting my milk intake.

Its a vicious cycle once you start those. They are less and less effective. Been off them a decade now. Also probiotics seem to help.
