First I marinated this bad boy for two days in a Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer

Finally, topped with eggs & shaved smoked gouda cheese & smoked gruyere smoked cheese.

Sounds good I like pork chops. I do really good with pork tenderloins.

I've never shaved my gouda, but been thinking about it for some time

I've always found steak and eggs to be a horrible combination. And I like both separately.
