Colts fire OC Pep Hamilton
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...r-pep-hamilton
The Indianapolis Colts have decided to fire offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton, the team announced Tuesday. The move comes just a day removed from the Colts' 29-26 loss to the Panthers in overtime on Monday night. Rob Chudzinski will take over duties. Hamilton served as the offensive coordinator at Stanford during Colts quarterback Andrew Luck's final season in college. He became the Colts' offensive coordinator the year after Luck was drafted No. 1 overall when Bruce Arians departed to become the coach of the Arizona Cardinals. |

So Colts come back from 17 down only to lose in OT and the OC gets axed? Spmeone was obviously going down if Colts lost another game so I guess this guy drew the short straw.

the guy who actually inflates the balls or something |
So it's his fault a rookie center botched a snap?
Getting fired for being in first place? |
Yeah, The OC is the problem. Suuuuuure......
|
Maybe they shouldn't have drafted a damn receiver in the first with holes everywhere and plenty of guys available to make an impact.

I wonder what the home crowd will be like this weekend when Manning returns for his last game there... and if he's able to set the passing yardage and win records there, that place should probably pop pretty loudly right?
Odd how sports works out sometimes. |

BUT I DON'T feel sorry for them one damn bit. Owner is a complete douche and any franchise that has the benefit of having had [B]Unitas, Jones, Manning, and now Luck (just stare at that list for a minute) needs to experience as much pain as possible - even if it's only short-term because they have NO IDEA what REAL PAIN feels like. LMAO Because Chiefs |
