Travis Britz, DT - Kansas State
 

Looking at the big man from K-State today. He isn't being rated as much by the draft pundit sites out there, but man I like this kid. Might be a round 7 or UDFA steal as a 3-4 DE prospect. Being from Missouri, the Chiefs should be able to get a really good look at him should they choose.

He looks good holding at the point of attack and slipping blocks to make plays. He has a nice rip and swim from what I could gather, but needs more active hands when fighting off offensive lineman. Looks tough as nails with a high motor. Was productive against the run and the pass. He penetrates and has a good closing burst to the ball carrier.

This is me watching what I could of him. If there are some K-State homers or BigXII fans that seen this kid play, would sure appreciate more input. Based on what I saw of him, he looks steady as a rock and reminds me of Mike DeVito. He has a nice frame, at 6'4" 293, to work with.
