That was an interesting article. Seth did a great job researching it.

Huge discrepancies between ESPN's stats as to length of throw and his numbers.

The only numbers you need to look at is Alex's-Yards Per Game and Touch Downs.

Both need to be improved greatly this year.

Are people surprised that it is more difficult to complete a deep pass?

Alex ranks 19th, 18th and 15th with pass attempts each of the last 3 years and he averages a 2:1 sack to TD ratio. He makes some good plays now and then, and his turnovers are low. So, he's got that going for him.

You mean the Chiefs are a running team?

TD hide and seek champion!

Yes... 17 of 31 for 204, with his lone TD on an 80 yard play in the 4th. Tore 'em up, but it was a stark improvement from the 16 of 25 for 191 and 2 INTs in the loss to Denver @ KC.

Visiting defenses won both those games.
