Pretty hard to guarantee a 5th year when the dude is constantly injured.

After we dump Alex and Maclin well have plenty of cap to sign him

Watkins isn't worth 13 million.. He may be if he can play a full season and put up the per game #'s he did in 2015.

If he could stay healthy he's worth every penny of 13 million but yeah...
