Anybody tear a ligament before?
Without ever knowing you did?
Apparently, I thought I recently had gout in my knee. The swelling would not go down, I knew something wasn’t right. Recently had an MRI to find out I have a partially torn ligament. How else has this happened to? |
never heard of blowin out a ligament with the gout.
worked w/a guy that had it and he was miserable when it had him down. big man...6'7". could not climb at all when the gout had him. don't eat shrimp. sec |

I tore one in my knee several years ago. It healed without surgery, but I was gimpy for several weeks.
|
I rolled my foot under me going down the stairs and I heard something pop. I was gimpy for a couple of weeks and the foot is still pretty sore on the outer part of it and it has been a couple of months. I am thinking I probably tore something but I haven't had it checked out so I can't say that with certainty.

Pretty sure I've torn something minor in my knee at some point. Hurt a bit for a month, but not enough that I felt like I needed to have it checked out. Still can be active and play sports so nbd.
Also in both my shoulders at various points doing military press too heavy. Asked my doctor about that and he said as long as I have range of motion not to worry about it |
Go **** yourself, Alex Smith dick riding douchebag.

Like I said in the OP I never had gout, three different doctors were wrong. Partially torn meniscus, no surgery required. Not even sure how I tore it. Played flag football on Thanksgiving and that night my knee started to slowly tighten.
Crazy how you can tear something without injury or knowing. |
