Mike Tomlin
Rumors out of Pittsburgh are that some of their board members will be lobbying for a coaching change
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...aching-change/ Would you be open to Tomlin as our DC if that happens? |

But there isn't a chance in hell he's taking a DC job. |
He wouldn't take a demotion. He would not have a hard time finding another HC gig.
|
He won’t be out of a job for long.
|
As a DC? no. As a head coach? Hell yes.
|
Tomlin has been to 2 Superbowls since being the coach of the Steelers, winning 1, and you think hes going to take a demotion if he is fired by the Steelers?
I think I speak for everyone when I say ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL |
And yet Chiefs give Andy Reid extension and keep Sutton....
|
Most of the teams with HC opening are going with offensive guys to groom their young QBs. I agree, it’d be hard to see him take a demotion but I also wouldn’t be shocked to see him wait for the right opportunity and be a DC for a few years at the right place
|
Terry Bradshaw was right about this guy being a cheerleader. Do not want. We've already got a HC that won't use common sense when it comes to basic football.

Tomlin for DC Revis for Secondary coach!!1!

If Tomlin is fired, which I wouldn't fault the Steelers for as he can't beat the Patriots(or even get to them in this year's scenario)and his teams are never buttoned up with their talking and social media nonsense, he probably becomes the next Gruden. He's great with the media. He can go do TV for a few years and either wait for BB to retire or take an NFC job down the road. I see no scenario where he becomes a DC
