Turns out that he's always been a headcase who can't control himself, getting himself suspended and kicked off teams.

This is who he is, who he's always been, and he always wears out his welcome.

I've been deliberating the Peters situation for the last few days, and I have realized something interesting. Follow me for a few.

His initials are MP. Now, if you reverse those initials, it's PM.

PM could be construed as evening time or perhaps even 'lights out'

Now, replace the M (in Marcus) with a P, and the P (in Peters) with an M.
