Lost my first dog tonight
 

Just posting this on here because this is a shock as Starr, my husky, was only 6 years old. Just need some good vibes and some funny comments tonight to list my spirits. Going to watch some Patrick Mahomes highlights to help cheer me up. Thanks guys

Dogs are great! They love you unconditionally if you treat them nicely. It's super hard to lose a dog, but your life is usually better for having one, I am sorry for your loss.

Very sorry to hear about that. I know my pooch isn’t all that far away from this sad day in all likelihood. It hurts even more when it comes unexpectedly at a young age.

Losing your dog is the most awful thing in the world. But a close second is watching the Chiefs perpetually implode. Both are inevitable. The only question is exactly when and how it happens.

Condolences. No different than losing a family member. It's tough for sure. Lost one of my dogs and cats back to back in January. Tough times...
