Alright all of this is going on and has been going on in Hawaii now for a little while. So where is the other place around the ring of fire that is also moving or that all this release has allowed to move?

IIRC there was a quake in Mexico and I think Bali had some activity since November, and since Jan even Japan, Alaska, and the Philippines since January. Tho, parts of Mexico aren't part of the ring itself, nor is Hawaii per my understanding.

Hawaiian (and Icelandic) volcanoes don't tend to erupt explosively. They tend to gurgle out lava but that lava flow can last quite a while.

Hawaii is actually dead center of the plate which the Ring Of Fire surrounds. It’s a weird little pimple of islands where it really shouldn’t be.
