This is nothing like years past. The networks would love Mahomes in Primetime, but Chiefs vs ANY of Ravens/Chargers/Colts is a joke compared to the NFC matchups involving LA, CHI and PHI markets. NE also got the early game (most likely by far the worst matchup of the weekend).

They know we're playing LAC, BAL or IND, all terrible draws. This is simple stuff. The networks would want us by far the most of any AFC team ... but the NFC has the market dominance.

Saturday + early = worst. Not sure how that compares to a regular season game on a Sunday.

We are talking about TV wise though. Game wise, who the **** knows. Maybe it helps since the WC winner gets less time.
