How much worse are they than the 2018 Chiefs defense?

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being worst, I’d say the KC defense was a 4

I give this Bullpen a 12

Based on impact, have to go Chiefs D. With a competent D we are Super Bowl champs. With a competent bullpen, Royals still a sub .500 ballclub.

You give the Chiefs' D too much credit. They are a 6 at best.

Their bullpen has blown the lead like 10 games in a row.

With a competent Bullpen we’re probably no worse than 8-4

Not talking about "to date". Talking about heading into the season before we discovered how awful the bullpen was, most everybody had the Royals as a sub .500 ballclub.

We would simply be a much better team with a below average, or even, bad, bullpen. We would likely be in the races for a little while. With the offense and starting pitching who knows?

Your bullpen is fine, its just the mighty Mariners bats are too much for anybody these days.. ;) ( i know it wont last unfortunately.)

It’s crazy how bad the Mariners luck has been. They’ll get it eventually.
