What are the circumstances that contribute to a team repeating? Are we positioned to do so?

Another strong draft class
Keeping the core talent together
Continuity on the coaching staff
Continuity on the offensive line

The 1st 6 of those are pre-salary cap I think. It should maybe be divided into pre- and post salary cap eras.
