Chiefs All-Decade Starters - Offensive Skill Positions
 

We've already selected our five offensive linemen and our quarterback, so now it's time to pick our offensive skill position players.

You can go with a variety of formations here. You can have a classic 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE formation. You can go with 3 WR, 1 RB, 1 TE. You can go with a heavy 3 TE, 1 RB, 1 WR formation. Whatever you want. I guess you could go Wing T with 3 RB and 2 TE. The bottom line is that you're picking five skill position players to be in the starting lineup. Got it?

I had three threads opened at once, yours was second. I had to check out the amount of upvotes Pestilence was getting on his mean comment to showtime. It's up to like 46 now. Only 1 down vote which I find hilarious. We know who that 1 vote was.

With Mahomes at QB? Color me horny and jerking off quick like I used to during those censored Girls Gone Wild commercials on late night ETV while watching Wild On with Brooke Burke in 6th grade.

Okay, I'll sign the excuse slip on that one.

I voted similarly, though I put Damien in for Hunt.

I had a moment of pause, though. Mahomes' teams are built for speed. Would Bowe have been a good fit for that type of offense? He was built for hauling in errant passes from bad quarterbacks. One could almost make an argument that the total offense would be stronger with Watkins or Hardman at WR, meaning no offense to Bowe.

But this is the all-decade team based on individual performance, not necessarily the strongest team as a whole. So I voted for Bowe.

And I think Jamaal would have fit quite well into a Mahomes speed team. My goodness, I don't think the Chiefs would ever lose if prime Jamaal was on the roster.

I went a bit unorthodox here as well with the 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE set.

Someone needs to go to Jamaal's wikipedia page and replace that abomination of a Broncos picture with a Chiefs picture. Whoever put that picture up committed a hate crime.
