Kind of an obvious move to be honest. I think all the tenders will be offered (Wylie, Yelder, Kemp)

I don't see anything wrong with either tendering Wylie or Yelder. Both are backups right now and less than a million each is pretty cheap.

Chiefs will not tender Kemp. He is now a UFA

Would've rather had Kemp than Wylie.
