God this stupid virus just wants to **** our runitback tour

Interesting that they are scheduled to fly out today, but the Patriots flew in the same day.

Flying out on the same day as the game is not the norm.

Seems like rules should be different for Jets games. We already know the outcome of the game with 100% certainty. Any hint of COVID just have them forfeit and move on. Call it the Adam Gase rule.

I just know personally from traveling, that flying West is much easier than flying East. It's also a lot more fun going out at now when you are in time zone to the west of you because getting up on time feels like you slept in anyway.

If I had to guess, NFL teams try to account for some of that while traveling. The Patriots were supposed to fly out the day before the game as well I think.

For me, it's the time change. I can handle gaining hours flying west but I can't handle even an hour lost flying east.

Plan is for the game to continue right now.

If they follow the protocols, it’ll be fine.

Time to suspend the season for a few weeks?

For teams like the Jets if they are determined to be violating protocols, they should get a reverse-forfeit so they can't tank for Trevor Lawrence.

Just take away their draft pick.

One plus to COVID is the NFL will eventually get their wish to have games all across every day of the week. Tuesday night football! Wednesday night football! Thursday night football!

If the players/coaches/personnel are wearing the contact tracing devices, it should be relatively easy to determine who was in significantly close contact (within 6 feet for longer than 15 minutes).
