Schefter thinks Bieniemy and Kafka could got hired

Man hope we don’t lose Kafka.

As head coaches? Doubtful.

Of course, Bieniemy, but Kafka doesn't have near the experience or resume that Eric does. And let's be real, people (schefter) are ONLY throwing that out there because of him being the QB coach for Mahomes. As if that is why Mahomes is Mahomes.

I mean, look, not trying to shit on Kafka, I think he will be a fine offensive coordinator for us when Eric leaves, but again let's be real; it's Andy's show and his system and everyone that operates it (on offense) is doing what they are doing because they learned it from him. And then you have that Mahomes guy.

Andy and Mahomes are going to make a LOT of QB coaches and offensive coordinators look good running KC's offense.

That's why KC keeps losing offensive personnel (Pederson, Nagy, etc.) to other teams and doesn't miss a beat.

We all know who the straw is that stirs this offensive drink . . . . . . .

Well Zac Taylor got hired when he was a QB coach for the Rams though he did have previous OC experience. Kafka is the passing game coordinator so I guess it's possible

Marvin Lewis hasn’t coached in the NFL since 2018, but he wants to return.

The Texans are expected to interview Lewis for their head coaching vacancy, NFL Media reports.

RIP DeShaun Watson if that comes to pass.

While I fully expect the Texans to at least explore to see if Bienemy is interested, BOB may have left them so ****ed that their only play is a Caldwell or Lewis, “just give me another shot at being a head coach” type.

Depends on who he staffs up with. Remember Lewis presided over the Bengals when Chad Johnson and Carson Palmer were tearing up the league prior to cheap shots from those Steeler ****s.

If you are a GM and your choice comes down to Lewis or EB, do you take Lewis just to deny the Chiefs an extra 3rd round pick?

No because someone is gonna hire him and give it to KC anyway.

If any team is dumb enough to do that then they deserve the mediocrity that would come with hiring Marvin Lewis.
