In first with the "I thought he was already dead."
|
He's no Dusty Hill.
Toss him in the old person ive never heard of thread. |
Oh, and RIP, old person ive never heard of.
|
Nadine DiNinno making a name for herself with this hard-hitting story of much human interest. No doubt she too will one day have a thread on ChiefsPlanet.
|
I guess this means that he's not available in stores any more.
|
Mr. Microphone was cool.
RIP Mr. Ronco |
Quote:
Really? He was all over infomercials in the late 80s early 90s! His company was called Ronco...they made the rotisserie (set it and forget it), the food dehydrator, and the pocket fisherman. |
My dad had the pocket fisherman and we still have our Ronco food dehydrator. I still use it and it works just as well as when we bought it in the 80s.
RIP |
If it weren't for Weird Al, I would have no idea who this guy was. But as it is, he's one of the few individual people to ever get a Weird Al song written about him. So RIP.

He also sold this machine that cut soda bottles so you could make them into drinking glasses. Yes, I am old.

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy new glasses? They're cheap and they last forever (unless you happen to break them)...I don't see the benefit to making your own. |
Set him and forget him
|
“Hey good lookin! We’ll be back to pick you up later!”
|
If you grew up in the 70s and 80s, this guy was a legend.
