Advice for a knee brace...

I tweaked my knee a couple of years ago. Not a big deal, but I bought a knee brace to get through the discomfort/recovery. It worked great but is way too tight and cumbersome for regular use.

I'm looking for knee support that I can wear while mowing my uneven yard and playing golf that's not meant for knee injury recovery.

I've looked online and the product claims are all over the place.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards, Stewie... the knee jerk

I bought this 6 years ago and it is easily the best brace I've ever owned. It may be too much for your purposes though.

I'm waiting for the Copper Fit full body suit with a hoodie. It will cure every ache and pain PLUS mental health issues.

I have a similar brace. Just looking for a brace with good support for preventative reasons.

Compression sleeve is probably what you’re looking for.

I tore a tendon in my knee nearly 30 years ago and never had it fixed. As a result it would dislocate from time to time. I tried all kinds of braces over the years, but could never find one comfortable enough to wear while I was working until I found these. They dont have hinges in them so I could perform my job (plumbing) with it on and still be comfortable while having the support I need.

"Mueller Adjustable Knee Brace Support, Black, One Size Fits Most - Walmart.com" https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mueller-A...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

As an added bonus, they don't break the bank which is nice since I was going through one every 6 months or so. The one I have now has lasted a lot longer now that I'm out of the workforce.

Thanks. This is the sort of brace I'm looking for. Glad it worked out for you.

Try wearing some white New Balance shoes in addition to the brace.

Years of beating feet on hard pavement and over hills and dells climbing in and out of ditch banks my knees are bad. My Doc says I have the knees of an 80-year-old. Right knee is worse than my left so I use this on right. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I4H2B9I...refix=techware

If they are comfortable I don't care what color they are.

I would take a pair of wings like below over any sport kicks made.
