Enlarged gut would seem to indicate that. Plus, you know, the ridiculous muscle mass that I am just not sure can be attained on the natch. I'm not an expert, though.

The one thing that is for sure is this dude works his ass off and is extremely disciplined. So that is to be respected, IMO.
