More Trouble in the NFL Paradise
And this could get amusing
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Agents representing more than 150 draft prospects are organizing a boycott of all testing, on-field workouts and interviews at next month’s NFL scouting combine if heavy “bubble” restrictions aren’t changed, sources tell me and <a href="https://twitter.com/TomPelissero?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@TomPelissero</a></p>— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) <a href="https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1495566152575107072?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">February 21, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> |
Combine is outdated anyway

**** the restrictions they’re adults let them make their own choice. This in no way can affect the nfls money just individuals draft stock. It’s should be their choice.

Choice on bucking NFL covid policies: Good/Bad
Choice on bucking NFL anti-kneeling policies: Good/Bad Choice on bucking NFL anti-taunting policies: Good/Bad So confusing. |
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">An update from one well-placed source on the state of talks amongst agents regarding the combine: <a href="https://t.co/QqshXhvBBi">pic.twitter.com/QqshXhvBBi</a></p>— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) <a href="https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1495828377948860420?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">February 21, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
It's not a boycott guys! They're just not going to work out. Totally different things. Good for the players, the NFL is beyond stupid on this. The NFL forgot what covid was during the postseason. Now they're using it as a hammer. |
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Agents are some of the smartest people in the NFL. They understand how it all works. <br><br>Wise move still having their clients do the medicals and interviews (that's what teams care most about) but threatening to sit out on-field drills, because that's where NFL makes its money.</p>— Matt Verderame (@MattVerderame) <a href="https://twitter.com/MattVerderame/status/1495831472074334208?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">February 21, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Any word on anaconda restrictions?
I'd rather not see one be released at full stride again. |
This will take place in March 2022, not March 2020… why is a “bubble” even necessary?
