Cowboys will release Amari Cooper

Damn. Would be amazing if this guy wants to chill with Mahomes for a year and build his reputation.

save some money and get under the cap... would definitely kick the tires on Cooper, but would prefer Godwin or Robinson

Feels like Cooper has been around forever but he's actually a year YOUNGER than Hill.

He'd be a damn nice complement to Tyreek, for sure. Especially since he appears to have largely gotten past those chronic drops that showed up for a season in Oakland.

And he'd have a nice opportunity to give the Raiders the bird here.

Problem is that I think there will be an awfully robust market for his services, especially if (when) Adams gets tagged or extended and knocks the top off the market. And with the draft being deep but not great at the top for WRs, FA is where a lot of teams are likely to look for immediate impact.

He could probably get something near $18-20 million/season.

Yes, please.

The Franchise 03-04-2022 09:56 AM

I wouldn't mind him as a #2 for the right price.

TLO 03-04-2022 09:56 AM

BURT!!!!!!!!!!!#!#!

Mile High Mania 03-04-2022 09:57 AM

KC would really be freakishly scary with someone like Cooper in the mix.

The downside of overpaying Dak and Elliot

The Franchise 03-04-2022 09:58 AM

Probably means that Gallup is off the market and headed back to Dallas.

Sofa King 03-04-2022 09:58 AM

The price won't be right and the dude is extremely hit or miss. One of the least consistent wr's in the league.

We needed Watkins to win a Super Bowl. Cooper is better than Watkins.

Do they have that kind of cap space? Could just mean they'll be re-signing Cedrick Wilson.
