Will a team post 14 wins (or greater) this seaon in the AFC at regular season conclusion?
|

PMII's floor is 14 and the AFCCG goes through Arrowhead. It's the new world order.

The funniest part of this season is that the rest of the division actually think they have a chance to win the division.

Not if Vegas has any say in it... the closer every team is to .500, the less obvious it is to exploit outcomes.
NFL is about to start it's 2nd year of "partnership" with legalized gambling... kind of crazy how many big-time players switched teams this year. I mean, the "who is going to win the AFC West"/ "It's anyone's game" narrative will help wash away sketchy flags/coaching decisions in the final 2 minutes. Profit... |
It's going to be difficult for any team in the AFC West to do it however I have faith that the Chiefs can get on a roll and put up 14 wins.
The Bills and Bengals look to have fairly easy schedules; The AFC Least is a one team race and the North is seeing a changing of the guard. The South and West are playing each other so teams in the South are going to have at least a couple of losses each from that. Bills/Bengals/Chiefs... |
Is that including the playoff wins?

We have a long way before the season starts, but given our schedule, I’m probably at best a 20% chance that this Chiefs team is winning 14 regular season games.
Even if you want to argue that the Chiefs can win a Super Bowl, they’re going to have some real schematic turnover on offense and we just might not be able to see what they’re really capable of until mid season when they’ve figured things out. The Chiefs usually have problems with consistency and the schedule is beyond brutal this year given the improvement to the rest of the division and the other first place AFC teams. |

Not a chance. Too many deep divisions.

The fart breaths will win 14 games

I say Nope. There's too many other teams which are stacked, especially in our division. I think we'll see some amazing games but not sure there's any team with a schedule that can get around facing some of the other top teams in the AFC. NFL parity is starting to show its results. Also the expanded playoffs might ease the pressure of having to get that many wins
(I know, I know... every team wants to win every game 100%) |
