I'm not sure about an autobody shop but have you considered contacting Jungle Law regarding your son's accident?

If you want them to rip off your insurance company at least get an estimate from Eveland Brothers.

Then tell them you have to go there and will go nowhere else, make them cash you out, go to a normal shop and make thousands of dollars.

sounds like insurance fraud to me
