A mathematical conundrum...
First of all let me say that Bearcat reinstated my thread starting privileges. I promise to behave.
This is an ongoing debate about series of numbers. Solution 1: X = 1+2+3+4+5+..... Solve for X. X = infinity Solution 2: X = 1+2+3+4+5+.... Solve for X. X = -1/12. WHAT? Crazy isn't it? Solution 2 is accepted by mathematicians and physicists by a large majority. Just a bit of a brain puzzler for all you geeks. Stewie the confused. :) |
The solution to this conundrum: Bearcat gave you back your thread starting privileges 2 soon.
Ban should = Infinity That solution is accepted by a majority of Chiefs fans and CP posters. |
When I clicked on this thread- I did not know there would be a test. Bummer. I fail.

Just trying to expand CPers beyond the drivel.
Sorry to offend. |

Thanks for that. This is an interesting debate. Does adding integers ever resolve as fractions? They assume it's true. |
If I remember correctly, you retired rather recently this year, didn't you? When my dad retired he seemed restless until he got full time into bee keeping. I'm about 10 years away from being able to retire, so I wonder what I'm going to do to fill my days as well.

Still doing engineering work part time. Trying to inspire young people. Things like 3X+1 conundrum. Keeps my mind limber. The vitriol from an interesting question amazes me. |
