Thumb Wrestling
 

I guess I've been asleep, or I live in a trendsetting burg, but there was a thumb wrestling tournament at a local bar last night. Is this happening anywhere else?

Matt and Chuck even built a squared circle and there was a thumb trophy. I find this hilarious, and will probably enter the next one ($5 entry fee).

I taught Thumb Wrestling to my Granddaughters. They are dam good, they have double jointed thumbs.
Hopefully they can get a college scholarship.

Is that chick on the right smoking indoors? Are you still allowed to do that where you live?

We did this in elementary school for years. Made championship belts and everything.

Didn't know it was still a thing and can't really imagine doing it as an adult, but hey, to each their own. It was fun back in the day! Especially when it was raining and recess was indoors. Paper football games and thumb wrestling were the preferred activities, and I was great at both. Pretty much the peak of my athletic career. :)

It's still allowed in bars here as long as no more than 10% of sales go to food. A lot of bars skirt this law by having food trucks in their parking lot

The bar is in Arkansas and doesn't serve food, so yes, smoking is legal.

And it doesn't surprise me. Flip through ESPN 2 on a random weekend. There are championship leagues for ****ing everything now. There was a knife throwing special on last weekend.
