Found a LT? Basketball player, Jason Jitoboh, Draft him!
I just watched this kid play basketball. He’s a center for the Florida gators. He’s a future star LT. He’s huge. 6-11 and 300+. He can move and has quick feet and lateral agility for his size. He’s evenly built and is somewhat solid. He’s playing the wrong sport and I couldn’t find anything on him to see if he had played football but he hasn’t from what I could tell. I think he’s a pro bowl talent at LT. Maybe he’s soft? But if he could be developed, wow. But would he even want to play? He won’t go pro in basketball, at least from what I saw. I’d draft him in the 7th if he’d play and roll the dice with development.

I almost feel that 6’8” is too tall! 6’11”… man I don’t know.
Line him up against, say, Hasaan Reddick and I’m not even sure he can touch him. |
Watch him play. That’s kick slide would be unreal.

He’s quicker than obj. No question. And has a larger frame with longer arms. He’s built even.

At 6'11 he will go pro in basketball somewhere. It might not be in the US, but he will play in Europe.

6'11" is just way too tall for the NFL. DE's would blow by him like he's standing still.

6'11" is way too ****ing tall.

Not sure if he can get low enough to play OT, how about as a red zone TE?
|
Red zone te at that size would be something new. I think San Diego has a 6’9” te. I think parham is his name. Jitoboh has soft hands. He can shoot and pass. I bet he can catch. It’s just rare to see a human that large that could get bigger move that well.
Jason Peters, that played LT for the eagles forever at a pro bowl level, was undrafted out of Arkansas bc he played te. Peters is not that big but it reminded me that learning to play OT is possible if you’re the right kind of athlete. |
