A review of NFL Mock Draft Database.

I perused the most recently shared mocks, and here's who they have the Chiefs selecting:

WR Quentin Johnson, TCU (2)
WR Jordan Addison, USC (2)
WR Zay Flowers, Boston College (1)
WR Nathaniel Dell, Houston (1)

OT Anton Harrison, Oklahoma (9)
OT Dawand Jones, Ohio State (3)
OT Jaelyn Duncan, Maryland (1)
OT Broderick Jones, Georgia (1)

DT Keeanu Benton, Wisconsin (1)
DT Bryan Bresee, Clemson (1)

DE Keion White, Georgia Tech (4)
DE Will McDonald IV, Iowa State (1)
DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah, Kansas State (1)
DE B.J. Ojulari, LSU (1)

trade down (1)

I would be really surprised if Dawand Jones is on the Chiefs' board at all.

I would think they'd had their fill of giants that move like they're in quicksand at OT.

I mean, maybe, but I think their time with Orlando Brown would be in their mind. Taylor's basically the polar opposite.

Wright I could see, or even Wanya Morris later.

Nate Dell in the 1st?

PFF has him at #44, and notably has Jalyn Hyatt at #77.

Interesting.

Interesting.

Maybe he will be the Mogsy Bogues of the NFL. I mean the dude catches the ball and gets open. Like a midget Zay Flowers.

From that list I think these are pretty reasonable:
Zay Flowers
Jordan Addison
Anton Harrison
B.J. Ojulari

Man there's a lot to be excited about for this years first round. Yeah you might not find hall of fame talent but there's just a load of quality starters that could elevate this team, especially at the back end.

This just feels awfully similar to last years draft in that I can approach this from 50 different angles and come away pretty damn pleased with the first 4 rounds.

There's pretty much only one thing that would annoy me and that's TE in the 1st.
