Darnell Wright possibly falling due to character concerns?

I'm kind of at the point where I'm 100% taking Wright or Harrison if they're there barring somebody else unexpectedly falling too.

Fair -- I'd emphasize DE/DT before RT, and maybe even WR.

But I think Harrison would be a fair selection, and I think Wright would be an outstanding one.

We have Niang under contract for two more years, folks. And we just won the Super Bowl with Andrew Wylie at RT.

With a one-legged quarterback.

I'd just as soon avoid that situation in the future.

Same thing happened in 19....and 20....

Maybe it's the QB?

Considering that OBJ was the main culprit in that injury and he's now gone, we're already halfway there.

Taylor is going to be an upgrade and whatever OT we take in the 3rd round is going to compete for the RT spot.

We'll be fine.

Hell yea we will! We're getting Wright at 31 now!

;) :)

You gotta be real careful about what comes out now since it's the final week.

They're not drafting an OT in the 1st round. ;)

I like the concept of teams putting out vague shit like this through the media to tie up other teams resources investigating a wild goose chase. Who doesn't love a solid counter intelligence operation?

Little of column A, little of column B for sure.

So lets see how much of column B we can take out of the equation.

No quarterback will ever avoid being hit. And no offensive line will ever keep a passer as aggressive as Mahomes completely clean.

But you can absolutely be better. And when it only takes one hit to fundamentally alter your season, a guy who may take away maybe even just a QB hit every other game sure does seem to present a fair bit of value to me. And ultimately I think Wright and Harrison are guys who can give us a lot more in the margins than that.

You comfortable saying that if Wright slides?

And you've already acknowledged that you could see it happening if Harrison is there.

We're nearing the point of some diminishing returns here.

LT -RT if you draft a guy in teh first is gonna be the most expensive OL in teh league by a long shot.
