Teodorita "Tita" Ulibarri Avina, 84, of Aztec, NM, died 4/27/2023, Farmington, NM, Born 7/14/1938. A service will be held at 9:30am (Rosary) & 10:00am (Mass) Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Durango, Colorado. She is survived by three sons: Dennis Lucero, Leo Ulibarri and Florian Abeyta; siblings: Juan Salazar and Dora Rivera; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, and former spouse Florian Abeyta, Sr. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Puryear, her parents and several siblings. Neighbor, friend, and fellow outdoorsman. So glad to come to a KC football board to read about death and someone who had nothing do with KC let alone the Chiefs, the board, or even the Royals.

Most people who knew her didn't realize that her brother Tito was a member of the Jackson 5. That's how modest and humble she was.
