Toney is dumb. He needs to check where the BALL is and line up accordingly. Forget about the official. From that video along the LOS, Toney's entire foot is in front of the ball.

Never even looked down; didn't check to see where he was aligned at all from what I can see. Just thought he was close enough and called it good. Just a careless play.

I don't think you know reid very well if you don't think reids gonna address it. Kelce has commented many times that he's terrified of crossing Reid. And it probably gives a big clue to why toney doesn't play much.
