Top 100 from Pricksco.
2. Chris Jones: He is a game-wrecker for any defense and the Chiefs would be wise to keep him. Jones said he wants to come back, but if he hits the market he will be a top target for a lot of teams. 6. L'Jarius Sneed: He is a shutdown corner who can lock up the other team's best receiver. The market for that talent will be high if the Chiefs don't keep him around. Watch the Super Bowl to see his value. 43. Willie Gay Jr.: He's been a good starter on their defense the past four seasons, but he is not expected back. He said he doesn't expect to be back. He has 47 starts in his career and he just turned 26 in February. 84. Drue Tranquill: He signed a one-year deal with the Chiefs and was expected to be mostly a backup. But injuries forced him to get more time and he played well. He has good coverage ability for a linebacker, which is a must these days. 89. Michael Danna: He can play outside and can rush from the interior, which is the versatility teams love. He isn't a great edge player, but he's a nice rotational player who has been a starter. The rest.... |
Thank you, good sir.

It is a shame that this was not my 10k post. |
And thus starts the "sign everyone" season!
Think before you speak everyone! |
Sucks that Tranquill was forced into so much playing time. If we wouldn't have had so many injuries at LB, then we probably bring him back on another decent deal.
|
I still think we bring Tranquil back on a decent deal

Tranquill for 2-years $10m feels like a lock.

Just like they aren't losing Jones AND Sneed, they aren't losing Gay AND Tranquill.

Going to be a pretty nice influx of RB talent on the market. Henry, Ekeler, Jacobs, and Barkley all on the market potentially. Wonder if the Chiefs look into any of them.
